$NSTRO — AN INDEX TOKEN THAT RUNS ITSELF, INSIDE HARD LIMITS
YOUR CAPITAL. THE AGENT'S DECISIONS. THE CONTRACT'S LIMITS.
A 3% tax on every trade keeps buying tokenized stocks into a shared basket. An autonomous agent sets the weights. MandateGuard rejects anything outside the mandate. The agent's key can propose — it can never withdraw.
WHAT HAPPENS
EVERY 24 HOURS
-
01
80 / 13 / 7
Every trade pays 3%
80% buys the holders' basket, 13% funds the agent's operations, 7% goes to the protocol. Creator fees add 1% in USDG. Nobody has to do anything — the flow never stops.
-
02
bal × t
Shares accrue by balance × time
Not by snapshot. A bot entering one block before the close earns nothing. Claim whenever you want — there is no distribution schedule to snipe.
-
03
keccak256
The decision is sealed before the trade
The agent publishes keccak256(epoch, weights, thesis, nonce) before anything moves. Reasoning goes on record first, outcome comes second — never the other way around.
-
04
8 checks
The contract checks the vector
Whitelist only. Weight ≤ 35%. Position ≥ 5%. Turnover ≤ 20% NAV. One rebalance per epoch. Cash 0–100%. Any failure cancels the epoch and the basket stays put.
-
05
1 batch
Execution is one batch
Swaps go through Uniswap V4 pools together. Slippage over the limit reverts everything — no partial fills, no surprises.
-
06
N + 1
The thesis is revealed and re-hashed
Next epoch, the text is opened and verified against the sealed hash. A mismatch marks the epoch failed — publicly, forever. The track record cannot be rewritten.

The console shows the basket rebalancing, the guard rejecting bad vectors, the sniper bot earning nothing, the breaker, the votes — and your own wallet trading and claiming against it.

NOT PROMISED
The agent breaks
Worst case: whitelisted stocks in bad proportions, at most a fifth of NAV turned over per day. Withdrawing assets is not a function its key has.
Drawdown hits −25% in 7 epochs
The breaker freezes the agent and parks the basket in USDG. Only a holder vote with a 3-day timelock switches it back on.
Holders stop trusting it
Limits, whitelist, the agent itself — all replaceable by vote. Three days of timelock give dissenters time to exit first.

IN PUBLIC
- P0● CURRENT
Passive index
Static weights. Accrual and claims running, agent off.
- P1● CURRENT
Shadow mode
30 epochs of sealed public calls, zero execution. Hypothetical charted next to real.
- P2● CURRENT
Reduced limits
Execution live at 7% NAV turnover, 20% weight cap.
- P3● CURRENT
Full mandate
A holder vote unlocks 35% weights, 20% NAV turnover, new whitelist entries.
